Individual consultations
Individual consultations are the perfect way to maximise your performance. Before your consultation you will be asked to fill out an initial questionnaire and food diary. At your first consultation we will discuss your goals, current practices and daily intake, and then work together to make a plan to improve your diet to maximise performance. We will also tailor specific sports nutrition strategies to your event(s) and monitor these. After your consultation you will be emailed a full performance plan with all of the information and resources that you need to maximise your performance. Team & Group Sports Nutrition
We provide presentations and workshops to teach and motivate your team or group of athletes how to maximise their performance. Learn about: nutrition for training, nutrition for specific competitions, hydration and is importance to performance, making game plans, recovery and why it is a vital component of effective training, tournament planning, carbo loading, the travelling athlete and supplements; do they work?
We can also tailor a presentation to your groups needs.
Supermarket Tours
Learn how to shop healthier and make better athlete friendly choices. These sessions are ideal for athletes who are travelling away for events or those who need to learn how to read labels and choose foods to cook with.
Cooking for Performance Sessions
Your group will learn how to cook more athlete friendly meals and can compete against each other in our athlete 'Cook Off'. Recipes are included for all participants, and this session can be combined with a supermarket tour.

Anthropometric Skinfold Testing
